About Us

”The young artists gave a concert with an appealing informal athmosphere, interspersed with discussions, explanations, which, nevertheless, was definitely sophisticated contentwise. (János Malina, Clear Voices. Revizor, 11. 09. 2012)

Classicus Ensemble is ZOLTÁN FEJÉRVÁRI – piano, PÉTER TORNYAI – violin/viola,  TAMÁS ZÉTÉNYI– cello. As a group we have played our first concert in late 2009 at the Academy of Music. Since then we have given many concerts in Hungary and abroad, including a live broadcast on the Hungarian National Radio and a series of concerts in New York.

Since 2011 we are Artist-in-Residence at the Central European University where we perform regular concerts. In 2015 the current lineup of the Classicus Quartet was founded with which we also perform regularly in Hungary and abroad.
